DRIVER GUIDES
Our coach captains (or “driver guides”) are the face of our company. Coach captains are carefully selected for their engaging personality, competence, knowledge of New Zealand and their ability to relate well to people. With thousands of touring hours and direct client services accumulated every year our men offer tour expertise few others can match. And as our driver guides come from all walks of life we can match a driver with the personality and professionalism to best suit your tour or charter requirements.
Your driver will have a passion for New Zealand and a willingness to share that passion. He will:
- Provide a full commentary when required.
- Be obliging and discreet.
- Have concluded recent driver training.
- Handle your luggage movements.
- Will advise you on itinerary tips and ideas.
- Have had, on average, between five to ten years of tour driving experience.
- Provide you with a superior level of customer service.
