QUOTATIONS
A quote from Pavlovich Coachlines does not infer availability of coaches. This is confirmed upon client's acceptance of the quotation.
Unless specified all quotes exclude the cost of meals and accommodation for the tour driver on nights spent away from Auckland and/or Christchurch. Our requirements for the driver's accommodation, if you arrange it, is a single hotel/motel room with private facilities, and dinner and breakfast.
Alterations to itineraries at any stage that result in extra time and/or extra distances will incur additional charges.
It may be necssary at times to hire-in a similar standard non-Pavlovich branded vehicle should a Pavlovich vehicle be unavailable. Should this occur Pavlovich Coachlines will be responsible for any additional hire charges.
UNEXPECTED LEVIES
Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd reserves the right to recover fuel increases, levies and other unexpected price increases which we were unaware of prior to departure.
DRIVERS' HOURS
In compliance with New Zealand transport regulations, tour coach drivers have specified time limits within which they must work. The legislation allows a maximum of 14 hours work time within a given 24 hour period. This period includes travel time to and/or from pick-up and drop-off points, unloading of baggage, and preparation of the vehicle. A 30 minute rest break must be taken after a maximum uninterrupted driving period of five-and-one-half hours. A minimum break of 10 hours must be taken in any 24-hour period.
We recommend you plan your coach itinerary based on a maximum of 12 hours per day from the time of pick-up to the final drop-off. This is of particular importance when you are planning dinner transfers after a full day of touring.
AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS
Should you need to amend or cancel your bus or coach hire arrangements this MUST BE communicated to Pavlovich Coachlines on (09) 620-5490. This phone is answered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Delays or amendments to itineraries which result in extra time and/or kilometres will incur an additional charge.
Should the need arise to cancel a hire within 7 days of the planned trip Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd reserves the right to charge a fair and reasonable cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of departure you should not expect any refund.
PAYMENT
Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd's Account Holders: full payment is required by the 20th of the month following Invoice date.
Cash Accounts: Full payment is required within 7 days of the departure date. We accept payment by cash, cheque, and internet banking. Call us to gain our Bank Account details. Any applicable bank fees are the responsibility of the Payer. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. A 3% credit card processing fee will charged in addition to the hireage cost.
Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by Pavlovich Coachlines Limited in the enforcement of any rights contained in this context shall be paid by the buyer including any reasonable solicitors' fees or debt collection agency.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of a break-down or driver ill-health, Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd will arrange an alternative tour coach and/or driver at our expense. This shall be the extent of responsibility by Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd for any consequential loss that may result.
Pavlovich Coachlines Ltd can in no way be held responsible or liable for events beyond its control such as weather, road closures, ferry cancellations, etc.

To demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with the best service and experience, should we fail to meet the agreed requirements, we will refund you $200.00 or the value of your booking if it was less than $200.00.
