COVID 19
WE ARE OPEN!
We welcome booking requests and are offering free no obligation quotes as usual.
Contact us at reservations@pavlovich.co.nz or click here to fill out our quote request form.
However we do appreciate there is a degree of uncertainty when considering travel at this time, which is why we are offering a full credit for your booking, should your travel dates need to be postponed due to government alert level restrictions. In the instance your event is cancelled and your transport is no longer required following an alert level change, we will provide a full refund.
Our staff in the office and on the road are taking extra precautions to do our part in keeping everyone healthy.
As part of the booking process we require a contact person and contact details for each charter, which can be used to implement contact tracing should it be required. In addition we have QR codes on each coach and request passengers follow government guidelines around “scanning in”.
Hand sanitizer is available in all of our coaches, please ask your driver if you do not immediately see it when entering a coach. Between charters our coaches are always checked over and tidied, but we have now also introduced additional cleaning between charters as well. Our usual routine of full internal and external cleaning at the end of every day continues. We have also reviewed our cleaning products to ensure they will be effective against Covid19 and have switched to an alcohol based cleaning solution where recommended.
Our staff are asked to stay home if they are unwell, or have any cold and flu type symptoms. This advice also goes for customers, if you have any cold and flu type symptoms or feel unwell, please stay home and contact Healthline for advice around Covid19 testing and isolation.
Please do not be offended if our staff are wearing masks, some feel more comfortable with this additional layer of protection even after receiving vaccination. Likewise if your group are required to wear masks as part of their safe travel plans and you would like our drivers to do the same, please let us know.
During this time our drivers may choose not to shake your hand, please do not be offended but respect their decision and know we do truly value your business.
Feel free to contact us to discuss our health and safety practices further, or to talk about any specific health and safety requirements your individual group may have.
Thank you from the Pavlovich Team.
