SAFETY
New Zealand law requires a safety inspection every 6 months. At Pavlovich, we exceed that minimum requirement by a huge margin. With fully equipped workshops at both our sites, manned with our own fully qualified mechanics for 6 days a week, we leave little to chance. Coaches are safety inspected at least every 2 months, while buses undertake a full safety inspection more regularly once a month. Drivers must, on a daily basis perform a rigid pre-departure inspection of each vehicle covering off safety items such as lighting, tyres, fuel system, indicators and passenger comfort features.
EVENT AND FUNCTION SUPPORT
Often, we are a key stakeholder in your transport task. We can supply on ground dispatchers tasked to manage the logistics of parking, loading and dispatching. The larger the function, the more challenges communication presents to us all. As an added bonus, all our fleet have state of the art GPS equipment installed, providing up-to-date location information and continually monitoring the drivers’ performance to ensure your valued clients safety and comfort.
SUSTAINABILITY
At Pavlovich Coachlines we are committed to protecting the environment. We are continually striving to operate sustainably and reduce the impact our business and activities have on the environment. To read more about how we aim to be sustainable, please click here.
PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS
Our drivers are punctual, respectful, presentable and very competent. Staff are encouraged to participate in the ongoing training opportunities provided. These vary from year to year but typically include a mixture of professional development sessions on vehicle knowledge, driving skill refreshers and safety awareness. All of our vehicles are fitted with Greenroad, a useful fleet safety and training software, which provides feedback on a drivers speed, breaking and cornering ability.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING
We have a comprehensive policy, that includes mandatory screening pre-employment and post incident. Specifically, should any of our drivers be involved in a motor vehicle crash, or cause third party damage, an immediate screening process is implemented.
